RETURNS
Please choose your purchases carefully. We are a small boutique, offering very few of any one item which means more exclusivity for you our customer. What this also means is, if you purchase something and for some reason wish to return it we would appreciate this being done at the earliest opportunity so we can have the option of offering it to someone else. Once our items are sold it is very unlikely we can get any more! We will happily exchange, credit, or refund any full-priced items that are in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. Please email goodwinavestore@gmail.com & send your returns back within 5 days of receiving your goods. Returns will not be accepted after 5 days from date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
FAULTY GOODS
All items are checked thoroughly before leaving Goodwin Ave, however on the rare occasion that a fault is found, please contact goodwinavestore@gmail.com. All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly examined, any items deemed subject to general wear will not be accepted as faulty. Return of faulty items must be within 5 days from date of delivery of your goods. If the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for credit, refund or exchange.
